Your debit/credit card is not charged at the time of booking. Residents pay on departure.



Cancellation without penalty is available two weeks prior to arrival.

Within two weeks , you are liable for the full amount of your stay.

All cancellations must be made in writing.



Pets are only allowed in the rooms by prior arrangements and are liable to a cleaning charge.



Deposits are required for bookings of 3 or more rooms per night



The management reserve the right to charge for breakages or damages or if excessive cleaning is required after use
